First, let’s check your insurance.

If you are planning to use your in-network insurance benefits, check here to make sure we are in network with your insurance plan. You’ll also want to contact your insurance provider directly to learn more about your coverage for therapy services. If you are planning you use your out of network benefits, please contact your insurance company directly to learn about your benefits, and requirements for superbill submissions.

Common codes billed to insurance include 90791, 90834, and 90837.

Next, schedule your consult call.

All new clients are required to have a free, 15 minute consult call prior to scheduling your first appointment. Visit the contact page and complete the form to get scheduled.

Then, we’ll move forward with scheduling.

We’ll either get your first session scheduled during our consult call, or we’ll connect via text or email to get you scheduled. Sessions are typically scheduled within 2 weeks of our consult call, and can be scheduled in person or via telehealth.

Fill out your paperwork and get ready for therapy!

Once we’ve scheduled your first session, I will send you an email with information about completing required forms. You’ll need to complete forms on two different platforms- Headway (for insurance billing) and SimplePractice (my electronic health record for notes and scheduling). Don’t worry- all the details about what you need to do will be in the email. Forms must be completed 24 hours before your first session, otherwise we will need to reschedule.
